AIR

Economies change.  Regulations get updated.  Business processes eveolve. Technologies improve. Organizations, customers and partners are more connected than ever before. Although the digital footprint and interactions for these areas is becoming more complex, with the right skills and expertise, challenges in these areas can become opportunities.

axsysTek helps organizations navigate challenges using our custom Agile development process AIR: Analyze, Iterate and Release. Created by axsysTek, AIR helps customers implement cloud and digital media solutions quickly and cost effectively.

We start by listening to Analyze and discover opportunities, risks and options. We then design and Iterate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) alllowing us to build basic features to quickly test and gauge requirements. Through MVPs we Release successive solution features to a handful of people as we move towards implementing the full-fledged product solution.

  • Analyze
    Discovery and design sessions with tech teams and stakeholders to understand and document business and tech goals, strategy, process and requirements. User Stories, Tech Roadmaps and Architecture created to guide development.
  • Iterate
    MVPs built and tested in repeated cycles. With each Iteration, or Sprint, we develop, test and update additional features until there is a fully functional application ready to be deployed.
  • Release
    More than a one-time moment in the software development lifecycle. Release introduces new software or an updated version of the software with new features and functionality, along with implementation and adoption activities.
