Working with a Global Medical Supplier, axsysTek helped modernize and automate its sales processes supporting the Americas and EMEA regions.
Business Challenge
Sales activities and transctions were managed and tracked in separate systems making it difficult to align sales teams, Territories and consolidate reporting. To improve sales visibility, productivity and reporting, Management decided to consolidate and reorganize sales processes and data across all regions into one system environment.
Solution
In addition to sales analysis and data migration, axsysTek designed a Salesforce.com envoronment to support new Territory, Opportunity and Account Management features including escalation and automated workflow rules, complex reporting and progress tracking against open contracts.

The new system manages and automates an optimized sales process in support of Global sales team activities delivering on-demand reporting and sales performance metrics as well as new capabilities to identify sales bottlenecks, opportunity stages, order status, and Territory segments.
