Case Study: Animal Welfare Nonprofit

Service Management and Contact Center

axsysTek worked with a leading animal rights organization to transform its out-sourced Call Center to an in-sourced Contact Center.

Business Challenge 

Donor and Non-Donor support was managed by a third-party vendor providing Support agents, Call Center services and proprietary software to create cases. Vendor software feature and integration limits resulted in Donor cases being manually re-keyed into the organization's Salesforce system. 

Solution 

Defined new processes bringing Customer Service agents and a Contact Center in house. Implement Cases, Knowledge Management and CTI, integrated with a Genesys on-premise telephony infrastructure, and PCI Pal secure payment gateway for agent processed donations using Salesforce Service Cloud.
