The school uses multiple paid marketing channels to generate applicant leads: WordPress site, Contact Us form, Admissions events, Campus tours and Interviews. Lead data is fragmented, exists in silos, needs manual update across systems, generates duplicates and not integrated.
Solution
Developed a Lead Applicant system using Salesforce.com to optimize the Admissions process and integrate accepted applicant and enrollment records with student information system. Updated marketing platform to manage, track and store applicant communications.
