Admissions Lead Management

axsysTek worked with a New York City Private K-12 school to transform its admissions process and supporting systems.

Business Challenge 

The school uses multiple paid marketing channels to generate applicant leads: WordPress site, Contact Us form, Admissions events, Campus tours and Interviews. Lead data is fragmented, exists in silos, needs manual update across systems, generates duplicates and not integrated.

Solution 

Developed a Lead Applicant system using Salesforce.com to optimize the Admissions process and integrate accepted applicant and enrollment records with student information system. Updated marketing platform to manage, track and store applicant communications. 

Benefit 

Admissions is streamlined with a single lead funnel to process applicants eliminating duplicates, saving time and resources. Marketing automation tools and templates manage and orchestrate Admissions email communications. Realtime reporting and analysis is available for applicants and enrolled students.
